GPU 2008: A Little Too Peaceful
Islam Expo 2008: no media pass, no contacts, pretty much no clue! Yet a whole lot of fun and productivity.
GPU 2008: press passes, media contacts, insider shayookh, great equipment, simply: everything you’d need to rock this joint. Yet I have spent most of the day sat around waiting to be called for interviews that don’t transpire. I have to say, this really is the definition of “anti-climax”.
I wonder: is my intention off?

Unity but not much peace at ExCeL…
I managed to get to Global Peace and Unity 2008 last year, for the first time since 2006 (and that, like this time, was because I managed to blag a free ticket off another attendee; I couldn’t spare £20 for……
